DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

Make tools artists want and enjoy to use even if that means they take a bit longer to use. 

Minimize the amount of program switching. If you must switch, make the transition as quick and thoughtless as possible.

Team Morale is the only thing more important than the project itself.
